Some random health tips for longevity

Use one of the following 2/3 times a week or alternate:-

1. Take Metamusil one hour after dinner/supper;
2. Or take ISABGOL, two three spoons, in juice or water;
3. Or sometimes take trifala churn;
4. Or take shea seeds (read about it on the internet); they are full of Omega 3;
5. Or take flax seeds (full of Omega 3) two three spoons after dinner/supper. You can get roasted flax seeds from Trader Joe which taste quite good.

Above natural herbs will not only provide you with regularity but the following morning and throughout the day you will feel much more fresher.
