Circumstances leading to murder of Delhi’s high-profile encounter-specialist Assistant Commissioner of Police Rajbir Singh expose unholy nexus of breakers of law with keepers of law where lust of being super-rich makes many police-personnel associate with criminals, in a country where political rulers boast of human rights. National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) should set up a high-level committee to expose black and corrupt deeds of police-personnel misusing khaki to mint money.
