SEALING IN DELHI



Law-breaker jhuggie-dwellers and others encroaching public land in Delhi are rewarded free or highly-subsidised alternate sites before they are dislocated from the public-land looted by them. But law-abiding traders having invested their hard-earned money in their establishments and paying taxes to various government-departments are thrown away without caring for livelihood of families of themselves or their families! Is it a part of social justice or legal justice?



Political rulers in Delhi are fooling public by ‘drama’ of resignations that too not addressed to the appropriate authority from Municipal Counsellors because elections to the civic body are not far. If ruling party is really sympathetic to traders, its MPs and MLAs from Delhi should have also resigned. Even its municipal councillors should have submitted their resignations addressed in name of Mayor to the Municipal Commissioner as per rules of resignation.
