Guruji’s discipline and guidance through the years taught me much about striving for perfection with a balanced attitude. He himself was a perfectionist; and like him, we should hold ourselves to the highest standards and do the best we can in everything. But when it comes to others, we ought to be tolerant. Intolerance is an extremely negative quality. To be tolerant, to be compassionate, to be endlessly patient, these are qualities of those who love God.
