Thiruvananthapuram:Rajnath Singh criticised the UPA Government's proposal to Indian Banks Association (IBA) that special loan provisions should be made for minorities. "Poverty has no religion. The UPA Government has identified it with Muslims," he said. There were no reports of any discrimination in the banking sector while allocating loans, he added.
