TERRORISM WITH IMPUNITY?

Greetings.

I quote the following news item and ask the present government that where is
the justification for this type of incidents; one of the reasons being
starting bus service to Pakistan which allows easy access for infiltrators
and arms into the country. I wish to ask that how and if the present
government plans to pursue instigators of such plots instead of making laws
for reservations for the minorities and to punish the guilty:

Islamic Militants Thwarted in Plans to Blow Up Hanuman Temples

LUCKNOW, INDIA, Six Harkat-Ul-Jehad Al Islami (Huji) militants, including
the mastermind behind the Varanasi blasts, had hatched a conspiracy to blow
up the two Hanuman temples in the city on Ramnavami, state police's Special
Task Force sources said today. A map of the city had been recovered from the
possession of militants, who were arrested yesterday, marking the spots
which they had planned to strike, the sources said. They said militants had
planned to blow up the old Hanuman Temples at Aliganj and the one near
Lucknow University in the city Ramnavami Day today as a large number of
devotees pay obeisance there on this day. Sources said some Pakistani
passports had also been recovered from them. The STF was in touch with
central intelligence agencies and efforts were on to nab their masters in
Bangladesh with the help of the Interpol, they said. The STF had arrested
six Huji militants, including Wali Ullah, who was the mastermind behind the
twin blasts in Varanasi on March 7.

Such incidents are being planned and happening because of the present
government supporting the minorities for obtaining their votes.
