Dear Mr. President,

Greetings. I send you hereunder an appeal against an Indian painter M.F. Husain who has made denigrading paintings of Hindu Gods and Goddesses thus hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus all over the world and creating disharmony amongst the communities who are otherwise living peacefully.

Various Indian courts have called him to appear before them to explain his degrading act and he is yet to appear before them.

The government of India will not take any action against him because he is a Moslem and because the present government of India uses the Moslems as a vote bank.

Please, sir, take action as may be necessary to stop the auction of his paintings and to impress upon the Government of India, in particular, to bring this wrongdoer to book under the Indian law through your Ambassador in Delhi and the United Nations and EU agencies.
