1. Slouching 2. Backache while climbing down from mountain
Thank you for telling us a very simple exercise to do as an antidote to slouching..
Here is another one which I had learned earlier and tried with amazing results on my way back from Vaishno Devi in 2004.
While I was coming down, I started having a lot of backache. Even Resting did not
help. Then I remembered something one of my friends had told me earlier.
I took a thin long towel, and folded it across its width so that the width
remained 2 - 3 inches. Then I tied it around my waist at umbilical level
with a little pressure into my abdomen; thereafter, I was able to get down without any backache whatsoever.
