AGE OLD AND MODERN TECHNIQUES FOR LONGEVITY AND TO REMAIN IN GOOD HEALTH -
WHAT TO DRINK when thirsty, that is the question:

1. Drink sky juice, which is also called water, paani, jal, etc. If tap water is safe, drink tap water when thirsty; if in doubt, boil it, cool it and drink it.

2. When you get up, before you drink your bed tea or coffee, boil some water and drink two three glasses of warm water first; it will help your system immensely; Give a gap orf 15 minutes to half an hour before taking your regular tea or coffee, etc.

3. Avoid drinking soda, pop etc. as it contains lots of sugar and chemicals; even the sugar-free drinks contain lots of chemicals not very conducive to your system;

4. Juices from cartons have a lot of sugar in them. You want to drink juice, take some pains to take it out fresh.

5. Use some carrots, apples, celery, cucumbers, loki or ghiya or opu, some fresh ginger and take out the juice in a juicer and drink it. Taste the ghiya or lauki, or opu first to make sure that it is not kadwi or bitter; if so throw it away. You will get lots of minerals and health giving vitamins drinking juices this way. A good juicer and spending some effort and time will be a good investment for your future health and longevity. If not daily, you can take the juice out once or twice or more times in a week.

6. If in doubt or people with health problems, consult your doctor first and you can get lots of information on the internet these days.
