SOME RANDOM HEALTH TIPS FROM EXPERIENCE
TAKING A BATH:
1. Do not use very very hot water for a shower; just use water which is comfortable enough for the body. Very hot water weakens the body whereas cold water refreshes one.
2. Use good quality soap and not cheap one. Do not overuse soap unless sweating hard; just use enough soap.
3. While under the shower rub body well and give it a massage.
4. After shower do not wipe your body very hard with the towel. Just dab your body and leave some moisture which your body can absorb and will be thankful to you for it.
5. If you have no health problem, particularly relating to the heart, at the end of your shower, take a quick cold shower which will freshen you up amazingly.
NOTE: It is always good to consult your doctor to be on the safeside.
