THINK POSITIVELY TO REMAIN HEALTHY

…how to think positively is something very few children are taught; instead from childhood most people are caught up in moods, in emotional tantrums, in bad habits of extreme sensitivity, anger, jealousy. Do not think for a moment that these do not have a terrible reaction upon the body; they do. So develop the power of positive thinking instead of dwelling on negative things, on criticism, on fear.
