RESTORING NITHARI POLICE PERSONS



National Human Rights Commission should look into reported revocation of suspension of some police-persons earlier suspended by UP government in wake of notorious Nithari-incident involving killing of many children. Action should be taken against irresponsible authorities who did not file charge-sheet against the suspended police-persons in stipulated time evidently to create ground to revoke their suspension.
