Statement of Rahul Gandhi that Babri-episode would not have taken place if someone from his family would have been in power at that time smells dynastic politics, and may prove dearer for Congress in time to come especially when senior cabinet-members of present Union Government were in PV Narsimharao ministry at time of Babri-demolition. Even Prime Minister Dr Manmohansingh will be embarrassed by Rahul Gandhi’s statement because he was also a senior Cabinet-member at that time.
