OBSCENITY IN AIDS AWARENESS



Authorities in Union and Delhi governments including Delhi Police should take severe-most action against Hollywood Actor Richard Gere and Bollywood Actress Shilpa Shetty for obscenity in public when Richard Gere took a long kiss by tightly embracing Shilpa Shetty in full view of public in Aids-Awareness-Programme held for benefit of truck-drivers at Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar in Delhi on 15.04.2007. Richard Gere must not escape punishment in name of any unawareness towards Indian culture because this Bollywood Actor, a disciple of Dalai Lama is frequent visitor to India very well knowing that Indian tradition does not allow such kiss or embrace with ladies. If Shilpa Shetty did not like such unusual behaviour of Richard Gere, she should have lodged instant protest at the stage and invite police-personnel there to register a case against Richard Gere. Union government should ensure that no foreigner irrespective of any celebrity-status, may not break Indian tradition or law.
